Returns & Refunds

 

All of our products are made to order especially for you, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or color preference.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at unchangeplay@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at unchangeplay@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or arrange a replacement.

 

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only cancel or modify an order within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

 

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
